• Check-in anytime after 4pm. Check-out is at 10am. 
• Early check-in / late checkout is rare - we are consistently booked
• Sorry, no pets. Any violation will include an additional cleaning fee. 
• The outdoor shower may be winterized an inaccessible during extreme cold   
• The color of some accessories may very due to rotation per cleaning

Neighborhood highlights

You'll be staying in great area known as the Western Garden District. Here, you will notice an influx of revitalization. The house is surrounded by a mixture of new construction homes & remodeled homes in addition to older, generational homes.

Nearby are a range of newer restaurants, coffee shops, brewery, and grocery stores. Its the best of all worlds - walkable, near the heart of the city, and just a short drive to sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach.  Guests have even rented scooters downtown & parked them at the cottage to use during their stay. Parking is free & abundant street parking - we suggest parking on the La Rua Street side of the home.
